1 teaspoon borax equal to 3mg boron. For arthritis and fungus in ur body. For me specific for anti arthritis.
Mg supplementation wif 2 cofactors. 1. B6 in bee pollen form or nutritional yeast or rice bran (take away from foods at night). 2. Boron supplement but i choose cheap mule.borax 3. Bicarbonate to keep Mg inside mitochodria. Nanti akan share resepi untuk menghasilkan borax water.

Borax water as source of boron, bee pollen for b6, jigsaw magnesium malate for both Mg and b6. Not in picture, bicarbonate.
